The Albert Kennedy Trust supports lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans homeless young people in crisis. We offer face to face and online mentoring, advice & advocacy for 16-25 year old people.
On-line mentoring: inter-AKT is a safe and non-judgemental space that connects young LGBTQ people with Digital Mentors to explore a range of issues, whether it’s through chat, messaging, video calls or just audio.
If you are a young person looking for support you can visit https://inter-akt.plusguidance.com/ to talk to a range of Digital Mentors about what’s on your mind. If you have a worry, question, concern, challenge, interest, or even an opportunity you want to make the most of, our trained mentors are here to explore these with you. Issues might include but are not limited to: Housing and homelessness, developing skills, coming out to friends and family, bullying and abuse, looking after your wellbeing, finding local services and groups.
